Our Story

Jillian Magee and Matt Jones opened Old Port Fitness together in 2020. Although the location is new, they have worked together for over 12 years. As co-workers, they spent many hours working on the training floor together, collaborating over mutual clients, attending educational seminars together, and developing a support system for each other as peers, friends and trainers.

Jillian and Matt are passionate about fitness and recovery. Their focus is to get clients on the right track to feeling healthier, stronger and mobile. They believe in a holistic approach to health; “holistic” meaning: full body, functional and global movement, with a team approach.
