For over 15 years, Jillian Magee and Matt Jones have trained and grown together, pushing each other to be better coaches, stronger mentors, and more knowledgeable experts. In 2020, they brought that shared passion to Old Port Fitness, creating a space where movement, strength, and recovery come together in perfect balance.
Jillian and Matt are driven by a single mission: to help clients move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. Their holistic approach focuses on full-body, functional movement and combines expertise in fitness, recovery, and performance.
