Jillian Magee is the Owner, Personal Trainer, and Neuromuscular Therapist at Old Port Fitness. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and Applied Exercise Science from the University of Southern Maine and is a Licensed Massage Therapist with certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy and Fascial Stretch Therapy (CFST). Jillian specializes in pre- and post-rehabilitation, injury recovery, and building efficient movement systems through corrective exercise and hands-on body work. She is known for her deep understanding of movement patterns, soft tissue health, joint function, and injury prevention. Driven by a lifelong curiosity about the body, Jillian is especially passionate about helping clients integrate movement, body work, and energy to support long-term wellness and resilience.

Matt Jones is the Owner and Personal Trainer at Old Port Fitness. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from the University of New England and is a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 3 Golf Fitness–certified professional, the only trainer in Maine with this credential. He is also a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist and Precision Nutrition Coach. Matt has worked with elite Division I athletes at the University of California, Los Angeles, developing a foundation in high-performance training, injury-aware programming, and results-driven conditioning. He specializes in evidence-based strength and conditioning for both chronic and acute injuries, with a strong focus on golf-specific performance, while also working with athletes of all levels to build power, improve movement efficiency, recover effectively, and perform at their best.

Haley Corliss is Old Port Fitness’s in-house Licensed Massage Therapist and Body Worker. She completed her massage therapy education at Spa Tech Institute and is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), with additional certifications in cupping and deep tissue massage. Haley was introduced to neuromuscular and fascial-based therapy through Jillian while attending massage school and continued developing her skills working alongside her on both the training floor and in the massage room. Since joining the Old Port Fitness team in 2022, she has refined her approach with a focus on recovery-driven body work that reduces tension, improves circulation, and supports overall physical well-being, while building strong client relationships and creating a calm, supportive environment where clients can recover, reset, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Chaya Wood is a certified Personal Trainer at Old Port Fitness, holding ACE Personal Trainer and Group Fitness certifications and the Certified Functional Strength Coach (MBSC) credential. She specializes in functional strength training, helping clients improve daily movement by addressing the root causes of pain and dysfunction. Her approach blends strength work, joint decompression, and targeted stretching to determine what needs to be strengthened and what should be released. Chaya has been an exceptional addition to the Old Port Fitness team, bringing hands-on expertise in biomechanics, functional movement fundamentals, and fascial-based training to support her clients’ long-term health and performance.
