At Old Port Fitness, we offer ELDOA group classes. ELDOA is a unique and highly effective method designed to improve posture, mobility, and overall movement quality.

Created by French osteopath Guy Voyer, ELDOA uses precise, guided postures to create space within the joints, strengthen connective tissue, and enhance spinal alignment. Each class focuses on body awareness, stability and controlled movement, helping you move better and feel better both in and out of the gym.

ELDOA is beneficial for everyone, from athletes looking to improve performance and recovery to individuals managing pain, stiffness, or neurological conditions. With consistent practice, our clients experience improved flexibility, reduced tension, and better balance and coordination.

Led by Jillian, our small group format ensures personal attention, proper technique, and a supportive environment that complements our training philosophy.
