Private open gym access for Old Port Fitness Clients

Open gym is available for clients who want to get extra workouts in during the week. Our clean, safe space offers access to professional-grade equipment, including free weights, kettlebells, and squat racks. Whether you’re focusing on strength, mobility, or conditioning, our trainers are available to assist and help you get the most out of your session.

Open gym hours are Monday through Friday from 6am to 5pm, with select Saturday sessions. At Old Port Fitness, you’ll be surrounded by a supportive community that motivates and inspires you to move, train, and feel your best.
